CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

All orders placed BEFORE 7pm Tuesday 17th December will be shipped Wednesday 18th December 2019

All orders placed AFTER 7pm Wednesday 17th December may take up to 10 working days to complete - This is due to our heavy work load of clients getting their Christmas nails done.

The Glitter Fairy will be closed from Monday 23rd December 2019 until Friday 3rd January 2020 INCLUSIVE

All orders, messages etc. will be processed/replied to on our return Monday 6th January 2020.

 

 

 

Hey there sparkle lovers!  Here you’ll find all the information you need to place orders and how long they’ll take to process and deliver.  There’s also helpful info should anything go wrong.

 

A few points to make note of…

 

  1. Royal Mail collects at 10am every working day.  Orders notified as dispatched BEFORE 10am will be collected the same day, all orders processed AFTER 10am will be collected the following working day.
  2. Please ensure your email address/phone number is correct with your order as your tracking info is automatically sent by Royal Mail using those details when the order is dispatched.
  3. Please also note that current processing times must also be taken into account, if you have an urgent order please contact us directly before placing your order to check current processing times will allow for the rapid dispatch you require.

 

Any delays in processing and delivery will be shared through our social media pages.

 

Payments

The Glitter Fairy Limited accepts payment via PayPal and Stripe.

Payments can be processed through your PayPal account, with a credit/debit card, and with Android, Apple & Google Pay.

We are unable to accept payment via bank transfer or cheque.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 5 working days for all orders to be processed.

Most orders are processed within 1 or 2 working days, but we ask that you allow 5 working days, this is normally due to a glitter needing to be re-mixed/restocked and also depends on Miss Lucy's (head fairy and order processor!) Client and teaching commitments.

If a delay outside 5 working days is due to occur, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed.

If you are in a rush for your order, please contact us directly before ordering to ensure we are able to complete the order to your timescales.

Please note, during busy times (sales, holidays etc) order processing may take longer.

 

UK Delivery

UK Delivery – 1-5 Working Days

Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24® – £3.50 –  Aims to deliver UK-wide next-day*, but can take 1-3 working days. Online tracking included and email notifications included & requires a signature on receipt, please note order processing times above.

VIP Subscriptions – Are sent via 1st Class Mail, which takes 1-3 working days with no tracking or signature.  If you require a tracked or signed delivery for our VIP subscription, please select this at check out.

Free Delivery –  is available for all orders to the value of £40.00 (after any vouchers/discounts are applied NOT including VAT) and above.  Please ensure you select this option at checkout, and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Express Delivery – Please contact us directly if you require an expedited service and we will endeavor to accommodate your needs.

Please allow the above listed processing & delivery times before contacting us to report a missing parcel/order or request further tracking info.

The above delivery times are just a guideline, please be aware we cannot log a parcel as missing until 10 working days after posting.  If an order/parcel is missing or delayed in posting, we must wait the 10 working days for delivery, after this the order can be resent/refunded.

We are unable to resend/refund BEFORE the 10 working days have passed.

We must be notified of any missing orders within 1 month of the order being dispatched.  We cannot guarantee tracking information being available after this time, and will not be held responsible for any missing orders NOT reported within 1 month of dispatch.

 

International Delivery

International Tracked & Signed – £10 –  Aim to deliver within 3-5 working days to Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.

Free Delivery – International Tracked & Signed – All orders over £60 (after any discounts or vouchers and before taxes) qualify for FREE delivery.

A few notes on International Delivery

  1. Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
  2. Orders cannot be reported lost/missing in transit until after 20 working days, if you order is missing after this time we are then able to refund or replace.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Please allow the above listed processing & delivery times before contacting us to report a missing parcel/order or request further tracking info.

Returns

 

n the unlikely event that you’re not totally happy with your order, we’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you:

  • Send them to us exactly as you received them.
  • Get them back to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase.

We’ll accept returns for for the following reasons:

  • The pieces are of unsatisfactory quality.
  • The pieces are not as described on-site.

In all instances the products must be returned unused in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs and items must only be returned to us by post to:

If you ordered an item in error, or have changed your mind, please return to the address above and a credit note will be given to you within 10 working days of the item being returned.

Distance selling regulations state you have the right to return any order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason if it is over £42 in value. In this case you must contact us to arrange return, items must be returned via tracked delivery within 14 days of contacting us. All items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds for products only will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned order.
