Hey there my sparkly lot, I'm so excited to back!

I hope you've all stayed safe during these crazy times.

Here is the official update regarding all orders being placed during these times.

I'll answer any extra questions asked here too, so check back regularly for updates.

Are you accepting orders?

Yes. (that was an easy one wasn't it?)

I can't find the product I want, is it sold out?

I'm slowly relisting new all my mixes every week, this will be announced on social media when I do so.

If an item isn't on the website, then please keep an eye on socials for its restock.

All sold out items can be found in the 'SOLD OUT' category.

So if the item you're after isn't online (including the 'SOLD OUT' Category) then it is yet to be relisted.

When will my order be processed/dispatched?

Please allow 3-5 working days for all orders to be processed and dispatched.

How long are orders taking to arrive?

Please allow 2-5 working days AFTER the order is completed, for you order to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE - I cannot log any order missing with Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed since dispatch, please only contact me regarding missing parcels if this time has passed, as I am unable to resend/refund before this time.

How do I contact you?

Either through the website or the Facebook page, make sure to note your order number with any inquiry to help save time.

All messages are responded to within 1 working days  

Will VIPs still be running?

All VIPs have been cancelled and will not be re-instated.
